Who is Crispy Donut Community?!
Crispy Donut Community LLC was originally founded in late 2020 by partners Drew and Luke. It all started as a joke amongst internet friends: “hey, we’re both in law enforcement, let’s make some funny cop patches!”
Luke came up with the name, Drew contacted some friends for ideas on products, and the rest is history…there’s no better connection than cops and donuts!
Do you ship internationally?
We sure do! However, we will not be able to cancel or refund any international orders. Once you have received a shipment notification, the order is out of our hands. All buyers must be aware of, and adhere to, all local laws and regulations when making purchases from Crispy Donut Community. If you would like to purchase any of our products and are not sure if they will be legal in your location, it is a good idea to find a proxy/friend to ship to and have them forward the item to you.
Who produces your knives?
We have partnered with QSP Knives- a highly favorable OEM production knife company, to produce our Hanson model in China. QSP is continuously growing and expanding and we are excited to partner with them for production. We have also recently partnered with Kubey Knives for OEM production for our Salem, Salvation, and Chicago models.
All knives are designed in-house here at C D C.
Are you knives legal where I live?

Unfortunately none of us here at Crispy Donut Community are attorneys, so you should contact your local law enforcement or check your state and local laws for the most up-to-date laws regarding knives. Crispy Donut Community LLC shall not be held liable for any knife purchases that are not legally allowed to be purchased or carried in your particular location.
When will my order be shipped?
Usually either the same day, or the next business day! All orders are shipped from North Carolina and are processed in the order they are received. We keep everyone up-to-date if there will be any delays in shipping on our social media platforms as well as our mailing list; be sure to follow us on social media and sign up for the email list so you don’t miss any important announcements! What is your return/refund/warranty policy?
Warranty:
Crispy Donut Community LLC warranties all of our products against manufacture defects. Any product that we deem defective due to manufacturing defects will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion. Our warranty does not cover normal wear-and-tear, extreme or inappropriate usage (i.e. using your knife as a screwdriver/pry/hammer/anything else other than a cutting tool,) or modifications. Our warranty also does not cover rust or lack of tool maintenance (regularly cleaning and lubricating your knife properly.) If you have an issue with any of our products, send us an email at warranty@crispydonutcommunity.com and we will do our best to work with you.
Returns:
We will accept returns for C D C products on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of the buyer receiving the item(s) as long as said item(s) are returned in brand new condition with no signs of wear or use, and there are no manufacturer defects.
Returns are part of the warranty process, and do not cover “buy it, try it, return it” cases. We stand behind all of our products and reserve the right to refuse a return/refund that is not due to manufacturing defects. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. We will not accept any returns until we have been contacted first and have confirmed the return process. Unless there is a manufacturing defect in the item, return shipping will not be paid for by C D C.
Returns initiated for any reason other than manufacture defect will be of the full item cost, minus processing and shipping fees. Any items showing wear that are accepted as a return will also incur a 25% restocking fee as the item will be sold as “used.”
Crispy Donut Community LLC reserves the right to refuse any return requests at our discretion.
Refunds:
We are unable to issue any refunds or cancel any items on pre-order products while they are in production. Refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis. Sale items, mystery packs, and “classes” will not be refunded and all sales are final.
